About Harlow Romper
Harlow romper is worked seamlessly from top down with raglan increases
that shape the yoke. The work is then divided between body and sleeves. A
few short rows in the back help add extra fabric to accommodate diaper.
Romper is finished with a button band at the end. Optional ruffles can be
added for a feminine touch.
